The Anti-City Guide (2021-2027)

The Anti-City Guide is a multidisciplinary research and publication project that invites stakeholders, urbanist and city makers to critically engage with the potential inherent in spaces often excluded from mainstream urban discourse.  . It dives into the raw, unfiltered energy of arrival districts, shrinking cities, and post-industrial landscapes. By focusing on the marginalized and the overlooked, this work underscores the importance of alternative urban narratives.
In my publication De Antistad (nai010, 2016), I explore how these urban environments reflect a society in transition—one that operates outside the paradigms of conventional growth.  The digital platform anticityguide.eu will launch in 2026, with a comprehensive printed publication to follow in 2027
